Delivery Information
Unframed items
All unframed items will be dispatched within 48hrs wherever possible and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery within 24hrs of the item being dispatched.
Framed items
Please allow 10-14 days delivery for any framed item. This allows us time to professionally frame your item to the highest quality and to courier it to you in perfect condition. If you have a specific date you need an item for then please contact us to find out whether we would be able to get it to you by then.
Please note that if the item is from our 'Framed Memorabilia Range' then we should be able to dispatch the item within 48hrs as it is already framed.
Returns Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not 100% happy we will accept the return of items for exchange or refund for any reason where the customer agrees to bare all postage costs and returns the signed memorabilia unworn, in the same condition as it was sold, complete with your customer receipt and Certificate/s of Authentication.

For your protection Framing Legends Ltd recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service to return your parcel to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
When returning an item from overseas 'NO COMMERCIAL VALUE' must be added to the outer packaging of your parcel otherwise the item will be rejected at the customer's expense.
